Overall, the course was excellent. We learned the fundamentals of the program, which are essential for mastering its use. We gained new information, particularly about the program itself, as it's a recent and improved version, far superior to the standard version. In addition to learning the basics, the course fostered interaction and collaboration among participants, and we met new colleagues. The instructor was dedicated and hardworking. He insisted on multiple practical applications and helped us resolve any problems we encountered. He truly is an outstanding instructor. Above all, he is a man of exceptional character and dedication to his work. He was committed to ensuring we learned exceptionally well and benefited fully from the course.

It was very beneficial, from downloading and installing the program to the final map output. I have worked with ArcMap for some time, but I have no experience with ArcPro. However, after the course, I found ArcPro to be easier and better than ArcMap.

I thank Professor Ali Istaitieh for his tremendous efforts in organizing this very beneficial course. Through this course, I benefited greatly and my knowledge of GIS PRO, the updated version, increased significantly, and my understanding of many other aspects expanded.

Trainer Ali Istaitieh distinguished himself with his clear and simple teaching style. He was keen to deliver information practically and understandably to everyone, taking into account the individual differences among the trainees. He was also characterized by patience and cooperation, always ready to answer questions and offer assistance. This contributed to creating a comfortable and stimulating training environment, which positively impacted the level of comprehension and interaction throughout the course. During the course, Trainer Ali proved that he is a master of the program and possesses genuine experience. He explained calmly and simply, conveying the concepts without complication. His approach was respectful and approachable, and he was generous with information and clarification, always providing real-world examples to facilitate understanding. This instilled greater confidence in the trainees as they applied the program. During the ArcGIS Pro course, participants acquired fundamental and advanced skills in using the program, including managing layers and spatial data, creating and rendering maps professionally, working with data, and adjusting coordinates. Spatial analysis tools and project organization methods were also identified, which helped to link the theoretical aspect with practical application and enhance the ability to use ArcGIS Pro efficiently in academic and practical work.
