The Training of Trainers (TOT) Certified Trainer Program is a specialized professional course designed to prepare trainers who possess the scientific knowledge and practical competence to deliver training programs with a high level of methodology and professionalism, in accordance with the latest training standards approved by the International Academy of Business Leadership (PTC.ACADEMY).
The course uniquely combines theoretical knowledge (25%) with practical application (75%), providing participants with a real-world training experience that develops the essential skills required in today’s training industry.
The program focuses on developing the trainer’s personality, enhancing presentation and influence skills, and empowering participants to lead the entire training process effectively — from analysis and planning to implementation and evaluation.
