I thank Professor Ali Istaitieh for his tremendous efforts in organizing this very beneficial course. Through this course, I benefited greatly and my knowledge of GIS PRO, the updated version, increased significantly, and my understanding of many other aspects expanded.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Greetings to Mr. Ali Istaitieh, trainer in Geographic Information Systems and modern software. I extend to you my sincere thanks, appreciation, and respect for the scientific, geographical, and applied information you have provided us in Geographic Information Systems in general, and ArcPro in particular. We ask God Almighty to place all the assistance you have provided to students, researchers, and scholars on the scale of your good deeds. We pray to God, the Exalted, to lift the affliction from us and from you, and to bestow upon us and you stability, growth, and prosperity. The course, in general, was excellent. It was very beneficial, from downloading and installing the program to the final map output. I have worked with ArcMap for some time, but I have no experience with ArcPro. However, after the course, I found ArcPro to be easier and better than ArcMap.

Overall, the course was excellent. We learned the fundamentals of the program, which are essential for mastering its use. We gained new information, particularly about the program itself, as it's a recent and improved version, far superior to the standard version. In addition to learning the basics, the course fostered interaction and collaboration among participants, and we met new colleagues. The instructor was dedicated and hardworking. He insisted on multiple practical applications and helped us resolve any problems we encountered. He truly is an outstanding instructor. Above all, he is a man of exceptional character and dedication to his work. He was committed to ensuring we learned exceptionally well and benefited fully from the course.
